Pinlearn doesn’t take responsibility if the third-party integration add-ons stop working or if the third-party company stops its services.
All our add-ons require updates regularly. You will be notified as a buyer when there is an update and get the updated version for free.
All our add-ons offer lifetime support.
Support includes answering questions related to our add-ons, bug/error fixing to make sure our add-ons work well on your site.
Support does not include customizing our add-on to fit your own needs; customization requests will require some fee (basically $20/hour). To ask for support or report bugs, please submit a ticket to our Support system. Please kindly understand that tickets that arrive at our weekend will be processed when we’re back at the office following Monday (GMT+7).

Add-ons can be used on one website only. For each new website integration, you are obliged to purchase a separate license of the add-on.
Some of our add-ons use third-party integrations/services. If there is a cost involved in the third party company, the buyer has to pay the fee.
Pinlearn add-ons can only be used with Pinlearn products. If you’re using any other LMS / CMS or custom-built software and would like to integrate our add-ons – please reach out to us for the cost of integration.
